- A primary area of expertise for Ari and of Petro Business Services, Inc is petroleum industry real estate. Our principal business is selling gas stations in Georgia. As an owner and developer of gas stations and convenience stores, Ari brings an understanding of this business from all areas of expertise. In the last five years, she has closed over $80,000,000 in gas station real-estate. Ari's professional career has included being a Real Estate Broker, a Securities Principal, managing a REIT, REO Experience and Investment Banking both in the US and UK as well as managing the commercial branch for The Good Broker for three years. Ari served on the Small Business Advisory Group for the White House in the 80's. She has worked for both NASD and New York Stock Exchange firms. Ari served on the Trust for Historic Preservation and has an extensive development background in the restoration of historic properties. She holds a BFA from the North Carolina School of the Arts, where she is on the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association. In addition, she holds a Masters degree in theatre design from UNC- Chapel Hill and PhD in comparative literature.
